Beautiful, upgraded common facilities (lobby, restaurant, pool) but older stuffy bedrooms. Good location. Excellent customer service

The hotel lobby and common facilities were very good. The view from room the view is stupendous and overlooks the royal Mandalay Palace and moat. 😀 The room is however old and the bathroom older. The toilet did not flush at all and we had to complain a number of times 😡! Besides, the room wasn’t well insulated and it was uncomfortably cold in the night at 12c. The air conditioning only cools and there is no room heater. HOWEVER, the Chef Mr Mukul Agarwal and his team are simply brilliant 😀👍. They cooked up some amazing meals for us and lavished care and attention during our stay. The Chef made many Burmese vegan delicacies and he and his team more than made up for any misgivings we had about our stay at the hotel.

It has a grand looking and tall ceiling in the lobby and corridor. It should be one of the best Hilton properties. It is also near to the tourist popular royal palace and Su Taung Pyi.

老牌飯店更新中，櫃台幫忙升級到面對皇宮的房間，設備還不錯，服務人員態度友善，lounge與餐飲俱佳.飯店鄰近皇宮東南角，参訪宮殿佛寺都方便，值得下回再來住。

Le personnel est sympathique.l hôtel a part le hall est dans un état de délabrement épouvantable.Nous avons changé de chambre 2 fois.La première fois parce qu’elle était humide,la deuxième fois parce qu’il y faisait trop froid et qu’ils nous ont proposé un radiateur électrique.Dans la salle de bains il y a encore un rideau douche.Il n y a pratiquement pas de lumière dans la chambre.Comble du comble pour un Hilton,ils n acceptent pas la carte American Express. Bref cet hôtel est une honte et j estime que vous devriez demander un geste commercial à mon égard

Hotel is renovating. Sometimes lift didn’t work due to service. But no information about this to residents. Overall, had a great stay apart from some loosed wall plugs.

Très belles parties communes ( Hall, resto, piscine ), très bons repas ( dont petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ) à des prix très raisonnables pour ce niveau de qualité.
