Hotel Lomas del Volcán

Love the property. The restaurant faced the Arenal volcano. You would have breakfast with the amazing view of the volcano. The property was well kept with beautiful flowers, nature and fauna all around. The pool was awesome too. I enjoywd that rhe cabins were independent and not atrached amd gave more privacy and less noise (from the room next door). The cabins were cleaned daily and although the cabins should their roustic decor, but everything was clean, beds were comfortable and no funky odors. They even have a humidifier in the room which made a huge difference. If we go back, we definitely look forward to staying at Lomas again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in one of the bungalows and it was absolutely glorious. The location is amazing with the volcano looming behind you, visible from the pool and breakfast (weather depending). Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was clean, comfy, and perfect. We saw monkeys from our deck. Nice location - private but close to town.

The location was a perfect base for all the activities our family wanted to do, though we did have a car. Breakfast was excellent to start our adventures everyday. We had inspiring views of Arenal volcano when it peaks out from the clouds while relaxing at the pools.

Second time here and we loved it! Highly recommend the spa and pool. Had a spa treatment in the jungle. Absolutely wonderful service. The breakfast has a wide variety and delicious. The hospitality is superior. We will continue to come back here every time we’re in CR! The rooms are large, quiet, private and stunning views of the volcano and gardens.

Absolutely amazing experience here. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. The breakfast was my fiancé's favorite part of our stay - full service and so many delicious options! Lunch and dinner were also excellent. Highly recommend a spa service, Sarai & Maritza effortlessly provided luxurious relaxation in an exquisitely tranquil setting. We hope to return soon!

We booked 3 rooms at Hotel Lomas del Volcan and loved everything about the resort. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and with huge bathrooms. Our room had a nice jacuzzi on the deck. The food at the restaurant was very good and well priced as were the drinks. We saw monkeys swinging in the trees one night while in the pool. the pool was really warm and the swim up bar was amazing. the adventure hike up the hill was very cool and challenging. The staff were all amazing especially Minor. The daily breakfast was tasty and never disappointed.

Nice hotel but old one. Plenty of space to do better. Breakfast could be better
