Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Lewisville

Overall, my room was good. The constant loud noise from the room above mine and the hall on my floor was ridiculous. My bed would shake when there would be a loud bang from somewhere else. I also went to use the pool, there were beer cans, dirty towels and trash all over the patio and chairs. There was even trash floating in the pool from cigarette butts, plastic cups and plastic wrappers. There was dirty dishes laying on a couple of the tables from what I’m assuming was breakfast? The hot tub was green and it smelled like a dirty gym. I won’t be staying there again.

Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful. Front desk agent Jordan was great over the phone I didn't get to meet her in person. Swimming pool was very clean :)

Breakfast was not included on my rate. I was under the impression breakfast was free, until I get to the Hotel than I find out breakfast was not included. My family and I check the breakfast bar and it wasn't what I would pay. It look like the Best Western free breakfast. I was expecting a BETTER food variety but it wasn't.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel with a comfortable lobby. Pool was clean, as was my room. Hadn't stayed at a hotel in a while that charged for continental breakfast. That was the only thing i didn't like. Full breakfast wasn't much better so i saved some money by going out and having better food.

Attended a beautiful party there. Food was great.

The pillows were too flat. Everything else was great.

You have to pay for breakfast and the all the ice machine in every floor was not working. The only good part was the room service came and empty our trash out. They had a wedding there last night down stair, so it's always busy down stair at the lobby. There's a Indian Bazzar across the street from the hotel and late mid night you can hear terrible bad singing while your trying to go to sleep. Will not stay there anymore next time.
