Rooms not available and staff is unkindness plus don’t care customers. Never said sorry plus toss all problems to hotels.com. I’m pretty sure they sold my room to another's no responsible … not recommends to any travelers.

Location

I stay at Hilton often, enjoyed the classy feel. This particular one i enjoyed the bfast. But this time round it was at extra cost, which I paid for, but never received my omelet had to go ask for a refund. The guest service was so unpleasant, was as if it was an effort to be at work. The evening I checked in I thought I was breing met by a guest, she was so unpleasant, no name tags, no dress code, so I cannot give a name. The used to be stunning pillows were no more, we had 4 different pillows and mattress truly need to be replaced. Maybe time for me to move on as this is the 2nd bad experience at Hilton.
