Had a lovely relaxing time at this property! Upgraded on arrival to a golf themed room which was spacious and clean, Really enjoyed the vibe all around the hotel and pool area which was always quiet! Complimentary wine and cheese at 5:30 was great and also a nice breakfast to start the day! We would definitely visit this hotel again.

This privately owned property has old world charm and is as neat as a pin. The ownerās thoughtful touch has created an intuitive feel. There is a chess set at a table by the window, another area has vintage games by the bar, the fresh rose at the room sink is thoughtful as is the way she treats her two Macaws and two small dogsā¦all of this with 24 hour beach access, pool with outdoor shower, breakfast, and a gracious staff. Although the decor could use some freshening up, the traditional style holds up well. Iāll be returning soon. Thanks to Karen, Michael and Toni.
It's absolutely charming with wonderful amenities and location on the beach, and it has a lovely sense of historicity without seeming antique. I would definitely return.
Very pleasant stay! They still use a physical key for the door! It has an old school charm with new school service. Breakfast was fresh, different with serving quiche muffins. Quite a few restaurants in walking distance. We ate at poke fin twice. Beach is a parking lot walk away, you can see the ocean & hear the waves crashing from our second floor balcony. Ron Jon is one block away. Next time in Coco Beach this is the place we will stay!
The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a privately-owned, one of a kind place that we are happy to have discovered in our Florida vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch! Staff was very friendly, breakfasts were awesome, beach access (with chairs and umbrellas for borrowing) was as close as you can possible get, the pool was perfect, as was the hammock, shuffleboard and viewing deck for rocket launches. Wine and cheese at 5:00 each evening, and an honor-system bar that was one of the coolest things ever. Well-maintained and decorated, just off the main road - so access was easy... Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. There are also a pair of parrots that - if you're lucky - will say a couple of things. I actually got to hold one! I can NOT say anything negative about this place, and my wife and I definitely plan on staying there again when we're down that way.

Everything about The Inn at Cocoa exceeded our expectations. Of particular note was the cleanliness and standard of the room, amenities etc as well as the excellent service and breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!
