When I told the desk clerk it was our first visit, she took us on a tour. The grounds are inviting, the beach is just across the parking lot. I loved breakfast - soft boiled my own eggs. The quiche was nice. Lovely folks cooking. The rooms are small, the bathroom is tight. But there is a glimpse of the Atlantic from the second floor balcony and you can watch rocket launches from the beach. The pool was perfect. And all day, every day, you see employees working hard. A well maintained, friendly property.

I checked in late that evening and the lady at front desk was so helpful and considerate.She showed where to get a quick bite to eat and she looked for me to get back. I thanked her but know sheās a keeper to any front office staff.
Lovely location to the beach and peaceful pool. Throw in daily happy hour w/ wine and cheese and enjoy access to a fully stocked barā¦ two lovely parrots make the am stroll the best
This hotel is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and appealing. It has a very nice vibe for relaxing and disconnecting from it all.
The architecture is standar motel, but the owners have built a lot of beauty and tranquility into the facility. The room we had was small but clean & cozy, with a sliding glass door into the lovely landscaped patio area with an adjacent pool & lounge furniture. The common areas - lobby, breakfast area - are quaint and lovely as well. Their two cute maltese/shitzu dogs add to the homey feel in the lobby area. Complimentary coffee 24/7 and wine/cheese 5-7pm were added blessings. Breakfast was tastefully done. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Overall a nice cozy nook for an overnight stay in Cocoa Beach. Will come here again.
My boyfriend had a delightful stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach. I did request either a first floor room or and upper level room as long as the inn had an elevator. We got a first floor room which opened right out to the pool. We both really enjoyed the fact that it is an adults only place to stay. The Inn is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff.
