The Inn at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, retro-style hotel. It’s a quiet, relaxing property with beautifully kept grounds and a nice pool area. Our first-floor room opened directly to the pool, which was incredibly convenient, and we loved the rocking chairs outside our sliding doors. Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and housekeeping was fantastic. The grounds crew kept everything spotless, especially around the pool. Beach access is excellent, and having both the pool and ocean steps away is a huge plus. Chairs and umbrellas provided are a bit dated but usable. Rip current warnings limited ocean time during our visit, but that’s out of the hotel’s control. A few inconveniences: no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, no closet (so you’ll live out of drawers or a suitcase), two days of noise from work in the room above, and a brief water shutoff. On the plus side, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the shower was spacious, beds were a good size, and the TV allowed us to log into our streaming apps. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants—Long Doggers was our favorite. Despite a few minor hiccups, we left relaxed and happy and would gladly return.

ADULTS ONLY INN. I want to leave a bad review here but I just can’t. This place is perfect for couples wanting to get away. And you can trust they enforce the no kids rule…sad to say. Unfortunately, I booked a room here for me and my two kids through Expedia. I didn’t read towards the bottom where the Inn stated that it was adults only. Ironically, I booked the room for the wrong night too. The owner (my assumption) politely let me know about their no children policy and began the process to refund my money even though I booked the wrong night AND booked against their stated policy (bc I was in a hurry and distracted bc…well kids). The location is perfect. I was heartbroken that we couldn’t stay. A few guests came and went while I was in the lobby trying to make new arrangements (this was already a last minute booking) and the owner knew them by name. If I’m ever back in the area without kids, I’d like to try it out.

We enjoyed the friendliness, breakfast, pool, easy access to the beach, the use of beach chairs and towels.

The whole Inn experience was like a step back in time, although it has been updated and well maintained. The layout was cozy and clean with spacious lobby and breakfast area. A nice place to relax and unwind after a hectic and crowded Disney cruise. Considering going back in February for a few days next time.

Good location. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. But self carry to beach. Free good breakfast. Room okay. Very small bathroom. No refrigerator.

The breakfast is unique, fancy, delicious, different, We loved, and we will come back. The crew is amazing, everybody smalls, ask if you need anything all the time, they are remarkable. Best hotel we had been. You must stay there if you are going to Cocoa Beach.

We only stayed 1 night as part of a sunrise to sunset tour but we absolutely LOVED this hotel!! Clean, cool, comfy! Great location/access to the beach. Check in was a breeze and was given the tour and explained the honor bar area. We missed wine and cheese hour for massages which was the only bummer. Breakfast was delicious! The pups in the lobby and birds were so cute! We will definitely be back!
