The Inn at Cocoa Beach

What a gem! A true Inn. We were amazed by all the small details. Quiet. Calm. Amazingly clean. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a place with true character and charm. The breakfast was phenomenal. Their little quiches are so yummy! The pitcher of iced tea in the lobby told us we were in the right place. The staff was attentive and friendly. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Also, be prepared to get an actual real key to your room! Haven’t seen one of those in a good while.

Beautiful inn, gives you a feeling of a bed and breakfast. The room was large, and many amenities that you would not see in a hotel room. Nice free breakfast, beautiful flowers on property and easy access to an amazing beach. We saw beautiful sunrises and several restaurants on the river to see sunsets.

They need refrigerators in the room. The pool deck is hot because they painted the deck instead of staining the deck. Overall, it was good.

My room by the pool was very nice and comfortable. No fridge so prepare. Conveniently located to everything. Don’t miss the parrots by the breakfast room. I would definitely stay again. Good value.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this charming, retro-style property. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with beautifully maintained grounds and a lovely pool area. Our first-floor room opened right up to the pool, which was incredibly convenient. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs outside our sliding doors – perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The staff here truly stood out – every single person we interacted with was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Housekeeping was fantastic, always leaving our room spotless and making sure we had everything we needed. The grounds crew worked hard to keep the property in great shape, especially around the pool deck. Beach access is excellent, and having both the pool and the ocean just steps away is a huge plus. The chairs and umbrellas provided are a bit dated and clunky, but still functional. During our stay, there were rip current warnings the entire time – nothing the hotel could control, but it did limit time in the water. There were a couple of inconveniences: No refrigerator in the room, which made storing snacks or drinks tricky. No coffee maker. The room above us was under some kind of renovation for two days, which brought extra noise, and our water was turned off for a few hours. No closet in the room, so plan to live out of drawers or your suitcase. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable. The shower was spacious, and the beds, while just okay in plushness, were a nice size. The TV worked well, and we could sign into all our streaming apps without issue. We enjoyed trying restaurants in the area – Long Doggers was our favorite! Overall, this is a very relaxing, quiet property with a charming vintage vibe. Despite a few small hiccups, we left happy and would gladly return. Bonus: We were able to have a great view of the night Cape Canaveral rocket launch!

Amazing staff and service!

Lovely characterful hotel located close to the beach. Nice pool, great service and welcome touches such as free parking, wine and cheese hour, free to use beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket (Winn Dixie) all within walking distance. Stayed in a standard room ocean view which was small but comfortable although the ‘ocean view’ is a bit stretched as was only visible from one specific spot in the room whilst looking through trees at an angle ! Only improvement on the room would be a small fridge to keep drinks cool during the Summer Florida heat but ice is available and the hotel provides an honesty bar with both alcoholic and soft drinks available
