"Frühstück kann man das nicht nennen"

Sehr einfach zu finden. Das Personal war freundlich.

Von einem Frühstück kann man nicht sprechen. Man konnte sich eine Waffel backen und es gab Cornflakes mit Milch das war es. Kaffee Tee und Saft waren die Getränke. Ich erwarte kein Frühstücksbuffet aber eine Scheibe Brot mit Marmela und Frischkäse sowie in Buffalo gleiche Kette wäre schon schön gewesen.

"It was convenient and nice place."

Close to Yellowstone. Had laundry facilities. Quiet.

Our door didn’t shut properly. We couldn’t leave room to go out and eat because it wouldn’t lock from outside… only if deadbolted on the inside. At breakfast, we had no choice but to eat in our room. When i said something to front desk she said “Oh, you just need to lift up on the handle.” Would’ve been nice to know sooner.

"Room was fine, service not the best."

Breakfast consisted of either a waffle or cereal with juice or coffee. It was very minimal but ok.

One staff member was kind of rude. Also, I was charged an additional $45, I don't know why. When I called to ask, the person I talked to didn't know either. She said she'd have to verify with her manager and then call me back. She never did.

The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable.

TV didn't work in our room but we were staying 2 nights so when we got back to the hotel after our first day in Yellowstone, we found that they had switched us to a different room where the TV was supposed to work. At first it didn't and I had to go get the desk person. They came in and got it working. Sounded like the place was really understaffed.

the price is ok

the breakfast options are extremely limited, only waffles, juice and cereal. There isn't even sliced bread, which I remember was available before Besides, I have concerns about the hygiene condition , I broke out in rashes all over my body after staying here

"we were grateful to have a roof and a bed/indoor plumbing"

There was no breakfast available when we left at 6:30 and no attendants; no water in the hot water jug

The entrance door to the room was so stuck that the receptionist had to use her knee to open it as well as bathroom door had to be slammed to shut it; a sign was posted to inform us that the building was short staffed which was an understatement since we only noticed one woman doing laundering, attending and everything else.
