Convenient location for passer through..

The 3rd party booking neglected to mention there was an extra charge for pets. This was our fourth stay here and was never asked to pay previously. So we weren't happy about the extra $50 fee. And we definitely were not happy about them charging our card before we even checked in!! My card was charged for the room.. then charged for pets after we said we didn't have funds in our account to cover it. Then while we were trying to find an ATM we were reimbursed the separate amounts then charged the entire fee plus the dog fee. $184. The counter person was rude about the whole situation. And told me to just leave my 2 small dogs in the car overnight. For us, its not worth the 6hr stay. We will stay down the street for $92.

Good rates

No elevators for 2 elderly adult guests. We had to climb the stairs, 1 adult was 100 yrs old and the other was 80. Reservation made was for 4 adults on 2 beds. Could bearly even fit 1 adult comfortably on 1 bed
