Locanda Di San Martino Hotel & Thermae Romanae

Las habitaciones son preciosas, es un sassi super bien puesto, con muebles antiguos, muy bien ambientado. El desayuno era súper completo y muy rico. La ubicación es perfecta. Nos recomendaron un lugar donde estacionar e incluían un shuttle hacia y desde el hotel. Todo muy bueno.

No fue del hotel, pero en el garage que nos recomendaron desapareció una campera que había quedado en el auto. Nos dimos cuenta unos días después y ya no pudimos volver.

Breakfast is amazing, the spa is so relaxing and rooms are just dreamy

The place is in the middle of Sassi and close to all amenities. Room was clean and quiet, with outstanding view. Its one of the bigger hotels in the area, so many groups stay there. Be ready for it when Breakfast are served ;-) We liked to SPA, definitely a must if you decide to stay there. And stay in the reception area if you can, take depandance room only if you have to.

The room we were given was not part of the hotel and was very far from the hotel itself. The area outside the room was deserted and neglected and inside the room there were ants and millipedes. The receptionist was very hostile when we came to complain about the cleanliness of the room and its location. She was rude, unpleasant and behaved in a disgusting manner. When we asked to speak to the manager she refused to give us his full name or a direct way to contact him and initially refused to give us her own name.

perfectly located to explore the Sassi, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, nice room in the "cave style", nice SPA area (which I did not use)

The room was relatively small, but very cosy and beautifully renovated
