Gostei muito da acomodação, quarto confortável, roupa de cama de qualidade, banheiro bonito e bem cuidado. O café da manhã oferece opções variadas e gostosas e o banho romano é muito agradável. A localização é muito boa, é fácil chegar aos pontos de interesse na cidade, mesmo à noite, quando saímos para jantar.

Acho que, pela situação complicada de caminhar pela cidade carregando bagagem, o hotel poderia oferecer um transfer até fora do centro histórico, onde é possível deixar o carro nos estacionamentos. Quando fiz a reserva entendi que havia oferta desse serviço, mas ao fazer o check-out verifiquei que o serviço é pago.

"What an experience - sleeping in an ancient cave dwelling with all the modern amenities."

This hotel is a gem. Located right in the midst of a UNESCO WORLD Heritage Site, you sleep in a cave that has been the site of human occupation for centuries. The hotel has a wonderful included breakfast, and our room (#7) was spacious and well appointed. And sleeping inside a cave is p a unique experience. Our room had small dining table and small patio area for outdoor seating. And a jetted tub. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and plenty to see and explore right at your doorstep, and it's an easy walk to a more modern part of town with shops and restaurants. Lovely accommodation in the heart of Sassi. The SPA was an additional bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even assisted us with transportation to the room as well as garage outside Sassi. In general I did enjoy my stay

I think the price is a bit too high for the 3* family room you get. I was happy to pay an additional fee for spa though to avoid the crowds
