Die Zimmer sind traumhaft schön! Und absolut sauber!

Extra Eintritt bezahlen für Spa! Das Frühstück ist sehr ausbaufähig! Es fehlte Müsli die angebotenen sachen Kuchen, Cornetto usw waren ziemlich trocken. Der cappuccino war auch nix. Das einzig positive war das angebotene Obst war nicht viel aber frisch!

Our room was further from the main hotel than we expected and although we are all fit it was an effort to get our luggage to the room. Breakfast was great!

We used the spa and the chlorine from the pools destroyed my eyes for 3 full days. We enjoyed the experience at the time but the showers had no towels and no lotions and very poor quality soap.

It was a unique experience staying in a cave hotel. The location of the hotel is great with several restaurants within walking distance . The room was comfortable enough for a couple of nights stay .

The shower was so tight and small. I could barely move around . I wished they had porter to help out bring luggage up/down in our room considering there were stairs and uneven floors/surfaces to reach our room. The person that checked us in also didn't give much instruction or information about the hotel. He just rushed to check us in and handed the keys .

When you enter the Sassi, it feels like you are back in time a few thousand years ago. The Roman Thermae are worth giving a try. Great breakfast with local products specific to Matera

Wij zouden opgehaald worden in de parking maar ze hadden het te druk. Deden bijzonder onaardig terwijl het niet ons probleem was.
