El Mouradi Club Kantaoui

Ancien client durant l’été 2023, j’ai choisi de revenir en mai 2025. J’ai été très satisfait de l’ambiance de l’hôtel, du personnel, de la restauration ainsi que de la chambre avec vue sur la mer, au point de prolonger mon séjour à deux reprises. Le restaurant propose une grande variété de plats, allant des spécialités locales aux plats plus classiques, ce qui permet de satisfaire tous les goûts. L’après-midi, l’hôtel propose des sandwichs et des crêpes, tandis que le stand des boissons est ouvert toute la journée. Le véritable atout de cet hôtel reste sa plage privée, accessible uniquement depuis l’établissement. Le banc de sable est particulièrement large, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable et unique pour bronzer, se reposer ou se baigner. Le prix est vraiment très attractif par rapport à la concurrence où j’ai également séjourné (centre de Sousse, El Kantaoui…). Le personnel est sérieux et accueillant : les animateurs sont investis dans leur travail, et le personnel d’entretien ainsi que celui de la restauration se montrent très aimables. À la sortie de l’hôtel, vous vous retrouvez face à une route principale. Des louages empruntent régulièrement cet axe pour rejoindre Sousse, sa médina ainsi que son port, pour quelques centimes d’euro (environ 1,2 dinar). Des taxis sont également disponibles. L’hôtel se situe à environ dix minutes du parc d’attractions Hannibal Park. L’emplacement reste calme tout en étant proche des principales zones touristiques à visiter. Si vous venez pour vous relaxer, profiter de la plage et des piscines, tout en faisant des sorties, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Really enjoyed our stay at El Mouradi Club. This is our second time at this hotel. We like the location because it’s right next to the Hard Rock Cafe, a nice place for a treat meal and a couple of cocktails when we want a break from the all-inclusive fare. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with big rooms, good size bathrooms with plenty of hot water and massive balconies getting full sun in the afternoons. Lots of polite, English speaking staff, a gorgeous white sand beach and the jewel in the crown, a little beach restaurant tucked away from the main hotel serving fabulous food with great service. We went AI and were happy with the usual choices of local beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks. Plenty of bottled water at no extra cost too. There is free WiFi but it only works in main reception, so if you want to mooch through your socials on a sun lounger you’ll need an e-sim. The only negative for me was the animation staff. Although things improved by the end of our stay, a lot of the time they just seemed to be larking around by themselves, rather than putting on proper activities for the guests. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and will definitely be coming back very soon.

Non mi posso lamentare la Struttura è accogliente il personale gentile, camera molto pulita e mangiare super buono, non capisco perché altre recensioni delle persone sono negative, io mi sono trovato molto bene e ci ritornerò tranquillamente. Lo consiglio a tutti ….

Personale accogliente

When we arrived and checked in we where given a hotel room as the bungalows where not open till later this season. However we had booked a bungalow, this was because the bungalows are in the middle of the resort complex and my partner has mobility issues due to disability. With the bungalow we are close by the Private beach and pools and close by the facilities. After speaking to the reception advising we booked a bungalow they kindly gave us an upgraded room with living area. However this did not solve our mobility problem, as the room was in the main building and my partner would have to walk to far to reach the facilities and private beach. After speaking to manager Roheb we where given the bungalow as booked that they specially open up for us. She also as a treat offered us a spa treatment what my partner enjoyed very much. They have realy put everything in order to make sure we where enjoying our holiday, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Good atmosphere great pools and private beach. And could really advise captain jack for a half day on the pirate party boot, and the excursions are well presented. We feel we made some friends amongst the staff. We had a great time thank you El Mouradi.

My wife and I came 23rd May for 14 nights, staff are very friendly and helpful, Reception staff greeted us lovely, and was shown to our room. Our room was next to reception, lovely big room and managed to have wifi from reception area, but can be quite noisy with other people walking past. Pool area and beach area are very clean and looked after, plenty of loungers and parasols. Mats to go on the lounger is 2 Dina each, ( not a lot) but 4 dina at the beach, then if you want mats by the pool its the same. So 8 dina a day , is cheap but should be included with all inc package. Hotel said its nothing to do with them, but its part of the hotel. So not pleased with that. The restaurant is set up lovely, but when other visitors arrive by the coach load for a night or 2, its impossible to get to the food with pushing and shoving by them, and when you do there is nothing left. This is the non Europeans. Beach towels are provided and can be changed every day. A few shops outside cater for everyone. And a Hard Rock Cafe is on site inside the entrance. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had issues on arrival to the hotel as the reception staff claimed that Loveholidays had not sent them the reservation. It took a few hours of us waiting at reception to be resolved (we had arrived at around 10pm), but we were advised after they managed to speak with Loveholidays the reservation was confirmed. When it was resolved, we were placed into a triple room and not a bungalow (which is what we booked and could see it on the confirmation which I sent a copy of to the hotel). The triple room was located within the hotel complex and not external where the bungalows are located. We did not figure this out till the next morning as we went straight to sleep as it was already after midnight, which was after resolving the booking issue. The room had enough beds and a bathroom, and a small balcony - nothing special. It was very frustrating as there was also only 2 towel sets, 2 glasses (2 everything etc) as it was not set up for 3 people (even though there were 3 beds set up (?)). The hotel reception area was the only location in the hotel with Wifi (this was mentioned in the info around the hotel). It was also a lovely reception area and plenty of seating. The pools were nice and pretty much empty, however be wary as there is no lifeguard posted at them/ security walked round every so often. The hotel extended onto the beach and offered sun loungers and umbrellas which is part of all inclusive, and the beach itself and water were also good and worth a check. Some of the hotel staff were fab which was great, especially Mr Win at the bar! However when it came to the hotel on-site spa or the excursions you will be pestered non-stop in both the lobby and downstairs/pool area entrance. Completely understand wanting to bring clients in but when you approach the same group several times across a 2 night stay it becomes annoying (we did also use the spa twice and was still approached after this). The buffet was ok - food was overcooked or re-used in some cases but the choice available was a wide selection. The drinks were meh in my opinion and not too much choice. As we were a group of 3 girls travelling, we found it to not be safe to travel outside of the hotel, especially at night. We took a taxi trip to the Mall of Sousse which was nice but not a massive amount to do. We didn't have a chance to go to the local history sites with the time we had. Overall, in my opinion the hotel was not 4* which is a shame, as it had potential. The fact that they managed to find our booking in the end and didn't put us in the room we booked was really disappointing - we did not want to waste more time at reception. 2* for us due to some of the staff, the beach location and some of the on-site facilities.
