Great food , location was good Reservations team and animation was great and servers too Bar staff was shocking , I brought some guest with me and the old man have been very rude to him just because he wanted normal coke instead of Coke Zero , absolutely unacceptable I even had a world with his colleagues and explained this . The hotel is great and food as well but staff is lacking of customer service, especially bar tenders and chefs this hotel got a lot of potential and could go to 5 star if more training are provided to the staff and hire staff carefully

Saberine was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. She was always welcoming, attentive to details, and made sure that everything was perfect. Location is amazing easy to get to the beach. The atmosphere is amazing and the weather was perfect too. The bedrooms where always kept clean and comfortable fresh bedding was also put on everyday as requested.

After being moved here the fast check in was good but taken to the room by been boy demanding cash ...the room looked OK but after a few days ants moved in to the balcony then In the bath .....the cleaners was good fresh towels every day and room cleaned ... the food in main restaurant and service of cleaning tables needs speeding up as no where to sit as people giving tips get reserved tables and flowers and lights etc on them and at the bar ..... only good thing was the beach bar restaurant and well done to the staff the food was OK and edible

I’ll start with the biggest highlight that completely won my heart — the animation team! Bille, Djapa, and Samir — you are simply the best! Thank you so much for making this vacation so wild and unforgettable! They kept us entertained literally from morning till late at night, bringing incredible, explosive energy and dancing super well. Every single evening show was a masterpiece, packed with drive and positive vibes. The entire hotel staff is extremely warm, cheerful, and energetic; from the very first minute, you feel right at home. As for the hotel itself: the grounds are incredibly clean and well-kept, a real pleasure to look at. The food is delicious with a great variety, and the service is truly top-notch — the staff is super friendly and attentive. Now, a bit of constructive feedback regarding the accommodation: we stayed in a bungalow, and to be honest, the room was a bit outdated and "scary". It definitely needs a more modern touch and a fresh renovation. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room, which wasn't very convenient. BUT! All these downsides of the bungalow were instantly overshadowed by our favorite animators and the overall atmosphere of the hotel! When there’s so much positivity around, you just stop paying attention to those minor room details. I will return here next year with great pleasure! See you soon! 👋🏻✨

I only liked the location

They are hypocrites. They tried to convince me that they hadn’t received the booking from Booking.com, and I ended up waiting for many hours.

It was good but it needs a renovation
