So overall this is a 4 star standard in this country, if you're traveling from elsewhere note that. Was sceptical due to the previous reviews but was overall okay. ATM in reception. Check in, receptionist wanted us to email the confirmation for some unknown reason despite knowing who we were. WiFi is off and on in parts of the hotel - mainly in the main area, so most people say around the main area. WiFi did not work in rooms. The room is basic, the room was functional and the AC did work (due to time of year going). Pillows very hard. Beds quite hard too. Fridge in room, no tea or coffee in room. TV in room no option for other language subtitles. 2 bottles water given in rooms which was nice. Room was clean on arrival. Beach is a short walk from the bungalows. Noise continues late into evening for kids entertainment - which is a little annoying ( well past 11pm), if close to the stage area. Unsure of location to shops as never left hotel bar an excursion which was 1 HR away by car. Did not walk outside of hotel anywhere. Beach was clean enough, some plastic around the beds which you could walk on by accident, just be mindful. Bed easy to get later on in the day seemed busy morning time. Food area, exceptionally busy whatever time you turned up. Could be managed better with times given. Soft drinks given in a tiny cup, even to adults. Sometimes had a bigger cup. Did not go in the pools as too busy. Staff polite enough. Food fine. Wasn't ill at all😂.

As an Algerian visiting Tunisia multiple times I was impressed by how badly the services, staff there they were rude and impolite in the reception especially and whenever we go ..we noticed and not only us but the whole algerians can confirm that the Tunisian workers r impolite with us they treat us like they paid for our vacations ..i was in the reception trying to talk the worker there about my room's key ..he said in a bad way " stay there and wait " and when a foreigner girl entered the reception his face changed 180° degrees.. he was trying to make her smile saying Bonjour Hello.... he was angry with us and he changed in a while .. they all want ur money.. prepare to pay for the water bottles or sodas even if ur booking is all included.. they've a known word called " farahni "it means u need to give him bucks to get ur included services.. 10dinars is enough to get water bottles as u want even if the other people r seeing you it doesn't matter they're used to ..the rooms were unclean ..the reception was fully of bad quality people..rude ones ..the covered pool were closed ..they won't give the services as the pictures they're sharing..i mean the covered pool massage area .. animation.. it's like a 1 to 2 stars hotel ..if i can give 0 I'll do it...be aware it's a bad experience..not just for me but even foreigners were had the same issues.. don't forget the food .. there's Algerians and Tunisian people prepared to took it before u did 😂 i was surprised by how there's no food .. people get it earlier

Mohammad is goat. He works animation. Very good and very friendly. Very funny man.

It was really a wonderful experience,we had so much fun during the night thanks to Mohamed he was really professional and playful,the only downside that hotel was really crowded

Very good animators. We had a great time with the family. Sam, Tarek and Mohamed are very nice and funny.

i am impressed by the the service of El Mouradi Club Kantaoui hotel and i really enjoyed the holiday with them
