L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent et la variété des programmes d’animation proposés a largement contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. Je tiens également à souligner la bienveillance de Mr Chokri (Chef de la Reception)et de Mr Yacine ( Directeur d’hebergement). Leur implication, leur disponibilité et leur sens du service méritent d’être salués. Ainsi que la qualité de la nourriture était agréable dans l’ensemble. Les plats tunisiens étaient particulièrement délicieux, savoureux et authentiques, offrant une belle découverte de la gastronomie tunisienne.

After a tricky start we then had the most amazing time as a family here, the kids loved the pool and the hotel and beach area is extremely clean and well maintained, Rabeb who works with the guests at the hotel has been absolutely amazing and will go out of her way to ensure you have an amazing time, and fix any issues that may arise, can't wait to come back :)

Merci Rabeb pour cet accueil. De belles soirées organisées par l'hôtel, des parties de volleyball et autres activités sont organisés toute la journée, le buffet est bon. Rabeb a su s'occuper de nous, même si nous étions beaucoup et répondre avec gentillesse et bienveillance a nos demandes, encore merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour dans cet hôtel si agréable !

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!! Do not go to this hotel its a waste of money . I have been all over the world and never such a humiliating treatment. The staff are racist and they would discriminate against you based on your race . They also use fake pictures to promote their hotel or they just did not want to give me what i paid for . I reserved a single room that had a beautiful picture on internet . I get there check in and go into the room and i was shocked. It was a triple room , old rusty showers , you can smell the mold . I couldnt even bring myself to sit in it . That was not what i paid for . I go to the reception for reclamation and they say “ ohh its a misunderstanding we mistook you for someone else your pretty room is ready “ i go into the new room and its the same freaking room literally same layout same bed same everything except the sheets are on a different color . At this point i felt like they were making fun of me and not taking me seriously. I feel so humiliated, sad and angry. I do not recommend this place at all . There has been a huge fight sometime last year and people were throwing tables and chairs on each other and it has been closes since then . Do not go here its a waste of time and money . I also heard the receptionist being racist based on someone’s race . They said and i quote “ i am not give them the good room i am leaving it for the blonde blue eyes foreigners “ I will attach pictures from the booking website and pictures of what i have received.
