I didn't like the point that the reception close early other than that everything else was average

Front desk staff were only so-so, but the location was close enough to the old town without being too close to the noise. We didn't bother with the breakfast, but found a great place near the shopping area we loved. Overall, a good value. We loved the Italian restaurant next door - as good as many of the places we visited in Italy - plus it was reasonably priced and had a nice neighborhood feel.

we were there in mid-June and it was so hot! the room didn't have air-conditioning but had a fan. (some room didn't even have a fan in their room) we were struggling while we were staying in the room ( days and nights). the reception closed at night and they locked the reception area that had drink machine. so i would recommended to buy drinks beforehand. most staff couldn't speak English well. however, apart from these issues that I brought up. everything else was fine! the walking distance from hotel to the city centre (Hauptwache or konstablewache), we didn't need to spend much money on transportation.

Although the hotel was located centrally with just a walk away from Konstablerwache station & Zeil.......I was not very happy with a few things..........First the staff was very unfriendly......wouldn't smile at all.& when I say at all, I really mean AT ALL!!! It didn't appear very welcoming to me at least ....neither would they smile at my first incoming (check in) nor any other time of the day......felt very un-welcomed!!! Secondly, there were just repeat JUST no instructions within the room...no instructions about operating TV, or the room heater.......forget about that..most importantly the telephone did NOT mention the simplest thing....what numbers to dial for reception or other things!! That was the most funniest thing! I wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel ever again!

Room too small no aircon no safe .elevator to small and old.no one in the front desk from 11pm to 7am .I have stayed in a better place for the same price.

The hotel was easy to find with the GPS in the car and hotel parking was a big plus. It's an easy walk to all the central major sites in Frankfurt and it was easy to find good restaurants close by for both breakfast and dinner with many ethnic choices other than German. Well priced for the quality.

This hotel is 20 mins taxi ride from the train station- walk 10 mins to the closest metro- the historical center is easy to walk around in an hour and get a day pass for metro if you wish. The hotel offered us 5/F and the shower is really inconvenient.. I need to knee down to get my hair wash, and it does not have a shower door so the water easier flood out. Overall, the bed is too soft but the pillow is alright. Have a fan and heat in room. Breakfast 8 EURO is too expensive but there's not much around so it's more convenient for us to eat there. Basic fruit, yogurt, bread, cereal, boiled egg etc..

Hotel personnel are very helpful and friendly. I always stay here if the price allows the stay. The hotel in in a residential area but very close walking to shopping and night life. This has been my favorite Hotel when staying on my own in Frankfurt.
