I arrived at 3:40 for my check in to be told that they would have to contact me when my room was available. I was like ok - 20 minutes tops! Nope- there were people there that had been waiting 3 hours. I was unable to get the room before my concert started to get ready. I wasn’t contacted until 7 pm to tell me my room was just then available to check in but I was at my event at that point. Very inconvenient!

Room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:15. We had to change clothes and get ready for dinner in the lobby restroom because we had a dinner reservation at 5:00. The concert started at 7:00 so we were late for that. Other than that the hotel is nice.

"Too short because I didn’t get my room until 7:30 because of housekeeping issues"

Location nice hotel.

My room wasn’t ready until 7:30. Check in as 4. I was told they were cleaning the rooms. But then I was told all the rooms were clean but they had to be inspected. I told her we had plans and needed my room. I was told I could use the public bathroom to change.

"The Westin Memphis"

If you are looking for a nice spot to stay close to Beale Street this is the place. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very clean. We felt safe outside of the hotel as well as inside. The staff were all so nice. I wanted to give a shout out to “D” with security, he was so nice and professional he does a good job. We will definitely be back for another stay soon.

"Best Hotel in Memphis!"

The Westin is my favorite hotel to visit in Memphis. Of course I live in Arkansas, but decided to take my daughter for her birthday, and we stayed two nights. It was amazing! The staff is so amazingly efficient, when I needed anything, they were so accommodating. The Housekeeping staff kept the room very clean and they provided robes and slippers for both of us. The chicken wings are to die for! I must say that this was far more enjoyable than I imagined. Though my daughter recently passed away, this was her last birthday and the the Westin staff did it up big. Thanks to Christina and staff for such an amazing memory of my baby girl, Jo!
