"Top-Quality Service!"

From check in to check out every Westin employee we encountered was over-the-top friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was undergoing some changes, so the menu & timing of the food was underwhelming, but understandable and easy to overlook the issues due to the top-quality service everywhere else. Highly recommend the next door bar/tapas ESCO!

I was charged 2xs for the room we stayed in also charged for stuff from the room bar that wasn’t even used.most of the staff was very rude unwilling to help with the double charge. Didn’t get my 200.00 security back until almost 2 months later because I had to dispute it with my bank food and drinks in the common store where outrageous Bathroom door handle fell off the day we arrived

"Blue Guitar bar is an amazing part of the Westin at Beale"
