I want to commend the staff at this hotel! I would especially like to thank Nichole the sales manager) , Ruthe (the banquet captain) and Angel (kitchen/room service staff) for their exceptional customer service. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very spacious. The location of this hotel in relation to the events and activities I attended was very convenient. I give the Westin - Beale Street an A+.

"Bucket list Birthday trip"

Great Hotel in a great location just off Beale Street. After a long day of travel we arrived at hotel super quick check in and given our keys, The room was fantastic,, HUGE big comfortable bed with the most comfy pillows EVER (I wanted to take them home ;-) , fabulous bathroom and facilities , and the view to top it all off !! I had the best nights sleep. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again . Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, and for making our Memphis trip so special.

A relaxed hotel, with super friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. The hotel is in a good location with easy walking access to many of the main sights
