"El principio fumuy malo, posteriormente gracias a la atención del hotel de al lado, acabó muy bien."

El apartamento es de lujo, todo en buenas condiciones, limpieza, comodidad, tv.

Muy mal el sistema de tener que hacer la recogida de la clave para acceder, te mandan a una dirección distinta al alojamiento, un fracaso, nos dijeron que no tenian la reserva. Suerte que se nos ocurrió ir al hotel cercano y preguntar, gracias a un empleado ejemplar, nos lo solucionó el mismo y por fin pasadas dos horas y media, pudimos alojarnos. No volveré a reservar con este sistema. Lo pasemos muy mal y la persona que nos atendió por telefono, tiene mucho que desear para atender al cliente.
