Nos cobraron el triple de tasas de lo que ponia en el precio contratado. Cuando llegamos no estaba hecha la cama supletoria en ninguna de las dos habitaciones. No habia luz en el baño. A media noche se saltaban los plomos hasta la madrugada. Estaba algo sucio

5 estrellas y no hay ni una persona en recepción. Haces tú el check in en una máquina que da continuos errores. En un momento dado, la tarjeta de la habitación no funcionó e intenté hacer el duplicado en dicha máquina y de nuevo error. No responden ni al teléfono, ni al WhatsApp. Afortunadamente, entró una persona con el mismo problema que venía del hotel principal, que está delante, y es donde le resolvieron la incidencia...un verdadero caos y nadie para ayudar. La habitación vieja y los muebles rotos, nevera rota, un par de cubiertos y poco más...deja mucho que desear para ser un 5 estrellas

Excelente, aparthotel anexo a um hotel com excelente cafe da manha e equipe! Quarto muito grande e espaçoso. Fui a Barcelona para um curso na universidade e é ao lado de lá e do Metro
