Very complicated at arrival. We did not receive any indications prior to arrival. There should be a sign at the entrance of the building informing that check in is at the hotel nextdoor and that the self check-in machine is not working.. Instead, we kept calling the number indicated for help but no one answered. We lost a lot a time with that. Then, the typology of the apartments are really unclear because we booked an apartment for 3 persons. Last year we had an apartment with 2 beds in the room and a sofa bed in the living room, but they said it did not exist. But when you book on booking.com you can book a room for 3 persons with « either twin or double ». In one case or the other, the third person needs a place to sleep … So if it doesn’t exist the descriptions should be checked if the sofa bed is only a sofa. Then, the door of the bedroom did not close. The door is bigger than the frame. And we can see through the bathroom door. And then there was a power outage during the night until the morning.. we have to cross the street to get the reception and since we could not reach them at arrival we didn’t even try. It finally came back the morning but the whole night without air conditionning and we had food and drinks in the fridge.

Para hacer el check-in en la zona de apartamentos llamas para pedir ayuda o información y nadie atiende tienes que a la recepción del hotel principal para que te puedan ayudar y dar la llave ya que esa maquina no va bien. Que te apagan la luz de madrugada y no la prenden hasta las 7 am

Un poco caro y que la máquina de auto check in no funcionaba

O apartamento era espaçoso. Pequeno-almoço complementar muito bom no Hyatt Regency.

Falta de funcionários à chegada e de apoio na resolução de problemas. Quartos datados e estragados, a precisar de uma reformulação. Limpeza dececionante. O quarto não tinha luz antes das 7h.
