The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The sign in process was a bit arduous. Would prefer dealing with a person front if house. Not that keen having to put passport and details through machine. Several people commented that they found it hard and went next door to the hotel.

Cerca del aeropuerto y fácil de llegar. Está muy bien adaptado y tiene de todo en la habitación. Estaba muy limpio, tanto la habitación como la zona común. Tienen café de cortesía durante todo el día.

La máquina de checkin de la entrada no funciona y tuvimos que hacerlo en el hotel, la iluminación del baño era malísima y la cortina de la ducha era corta y se inundaba el baño al ducharse

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro i autobus z lotniska. Poranny poczęstunek w postaci kawy, soku i przekąsek. Możliwość korzystania z otwartego basenu. Oczywiście klimatyzacja :⁠-⁠)

Apartament wymagałby lekkiego odświeżenia. Słaba instrukcja jak dokonać zameldowania, podane dwa adresy, a de facto w "dużym" hotelu obok lub w automacie check- in.

El alojamiento está bien, sin embargo tienes que hacer un check IN en una máquina que no funciona bien, meter los datos del DNI nuevamente después de escanearlos y se tarda mucho. Solo nos dio la llave de un apartamento y no la del otro. Nos cobró la estancia nuevamente. Nadie cogía los teléfonos de atención. Tuvimos que reclamarla. Para finalmente que tuviéramos que ir a la recepción del hotel de al lado. Nos devolvieron el dinero que quisieron y tarde. Una táctica para cobrarnos de repente más por la tasa turística, en lugar de 13.20€, nos cobraron 19,8€ y culpaban a booking de no tener actualizadas las tasas. Sin embargo no aparece una tasa de 4,9€ por pasajero y noche en ninguna web oficial. Me siento muy engañada. Porque al final no es el precio que contrate y que bookin me dio. Una estafa

The location is good. Close to the airport and right by the Red metro line which will get you to the center in 30 minutes

Check in was a stressful mess coming from the airport. The online system did not work. There was no answer from reception, who it was indicated we should speak to if there is a problem. Without a Sim card, and no instructions on how to connect to wifi, I had to leave to find internet to contact support on WhatsApp. A woman named Mariel fixed the check in issue but then ignored me for the rest of the stay. Would not answer my question on which room is ours since this was not indicated on the key. . She simply stopped responding to me. Appalling behavior given the cost of the room and service they claim to provide. The internet did not work for the entire second evening and there was nobody to speak to help. The experience left a very bad impression .
