Awesome we stay on a month to month due to business all is well although I’ve machine is usually not working always have go across street to buy a bag of ice. Other than that everything is good.
Breakfast was ok. Room smelled a bit musty. Overall good stay.

Well after making reservation, i called customer service to have one of the rooms changed to smoking and they were able to make change. Once at hotel double confirmed room for guest was smoking and she could smoke in room and they confirmed and even when gave me card key they said this one for guest for smoking. Next day she got locked out for smoking in room!!! Went to front desk and they lied that it wasnt smoking room and would get fined for smoking in room!! On top of that we had no hot water in all 3 rooms. I've stayed here myself before with no problems but this time with family and they we requested bottom floor rooms and one of them smoking and they messed up all of it and put us all on 3rd floor cuz they had no bottom floors available? Not alot of people in hotel for all rooms in bottom floor to be occupied, very disappointing experience!!!

The room was clean and tidy. Staff was excelent even gave us a courtesy call to check if everything was good.
We have stayed at quality in for the past 2 years this was the only time that i can consider it a terriable stay. My husband was very miserable .he stays in the room over the weekend while i go across the border to visit my family. he was so upset with me it was the worst weekend ever for myself also .he had no tv apparently the cable was down and all weekend he stayed in the room miserable because he was bored and was very upset with me . We got no courtesy discount nor free night or nothing we didnt ask but out of courtesy and being regular customers .we should get a free night or something. We will be heading back to border within a week or 3 weeks from now. I dont know if we will stay again or pick a different hotel. Something we need to think about. Other than that we always love to stay there and everyone is always friendly.
