The staff is excellent and the property is located within walking distance of public transportation, shopping and dining. I always take a wash towel because none are provided. The breakfast is warm buffet and fruit, pastries, juices and menudo on the weekends. They can cook eggs to order if necessary. Overall, I enjoy my stays here. The bed a bit more firm than what I like, but it's temporary.
Front desk staff was very nice, but this place is a dump. We ate the cancellation charge and stayed in the Days Inn instead, which is a much nicer place.
Location, very convenient for the visitors. And the also have private parking for your safety.

Dont liked it st all, bad customers service , rooms smell ugly, bathroom stink. The A/C was No cooling innuf.
The vendor machines dont work with bills.. the pool is clean

my overall stay was amazing! the front desk young lady whom I don't remember her name but she had red hair with glasses she was very professional and very sweet. I loved that every morning the newspaper was hung on our door courtesy of the hotel. the breakfast was very good and the gentleman that was working there served out coffee and made the waffles for my kids and took them to the table that was very nice of him. I will definitely stay there every time I visit Piedras Negras!
everything was great
Room was clean and bed comfortable. When we walked in the room it smelled like sewer, we had to run water down the shower drain for the smell to go away but we had to that every time we come back to the room which was very annoying. Sink water plugger was broker so water will not go down the drain. AC was not cooling
