It’s my 4th time staying there and it’s always amazing. My kids love the giant and as for me there food. Staff are friendly and very attentive to your hotel needs.

We loved the service, the female receptionist who greeted us was super nice. The buffet, the food was excellent, but the service exceeded our expectations.. everyone made us feel sooo welcome.. yes I recommend.
This was a great bargain! I was very impressed with this facility. The hotel was so clean and neat. Their continental breakfast is the best since they have so many fresh options and they have a waiter to assist you. The staff was so courteous and professional. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Piedras Negras.
