Liked it’s convenience to the centre of Reading and it was a nice building. The room could have benefitted from having a folding luggage stand in it.

When I was given a slot to use the sauna and the steam room, I was not given instructions how to use the steam room and then someone knocked on the door and said I had to leave right away because people were waiting. I had only been there 20 mins and felt it was not pleasant to be told to go so urgently.
