"Exceptional"

Room was calm. Bed was soft. Loved the balcony. Really all good things!

I didn't like that I had to take all my bags down the elevator, into the restaurant, and out the back restaurant doors to get to the House building. It was awkward. I just followed the path told to me when I checked in. Would have been better to know that there was another option.

I treated my Mum to an afternoon tea for us both. I had the vegan afternoon tea. Absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic, music playing, the ambience was perfect. The staff were exceptional, very attentive. The mint tea was very refreshing. The food was an absolute treat, the bread of the sandwiches was so delicious, the best we had ever tasted. The cakes were beautiful as were the scones. Can't find any faults at all. The building is beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone as a very special treat.

"Top notch"

From the moment the professional Martin opened the door of the hotel and walked with me to the spa I knew I was in a special place. The greeting at the spa was friendly and I was guided through the massage options and then had the most amazing Bali massage from Rekha. Her technique and pressure were spot on and ironed out lots of knots, aches and pains. The facial was the icing on the cake, rounding off a completely relaxing 2 hours.
