"Aheli spa visit"

I visited the Aheli spa for a massage. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. The therapists were very friendly and professional, the service was great, and the massage was very good and thorough. I had the Bali massage and have felt so good all day since!

"Amazing"

A superb hotel. We went for Valentines day (2nd time in a row) and were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a huge suite, which was incredible. The Valentines meal we booked in The Reading Room was fantastic, and comments to the chefs and staff at the restaurant, who gave us an amazing meal. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Thanks very much Roseate team, we had z brilliant weekend Cheers!

"Great location, substandard Maintenance, Breakfast was below par, and unclean"

Central location

The entrance to the room area had a leak and the maintenance that was carried out had not been complete the ceiling was hanging down the walls had mould it was a disgrace and the smell....!!!!! - we complained at the time and was told that someone would be in touch but nothing to this day - and also i don't know what the hotel was being used for but to have several occupants in the lobby in pyjamas in the middle of the day, was very odd ......!!!!!

Very clean hotel, with exquisite decoration within the main section. The bar and restaurant were fantastic with a good choice of drinks and meals. The room was large with nice facilities included and a very comfortable bed.

Spa facilities needed to be booked in advance (gym, sauna etc).
