"Great hotel"

Hotel staff was super friendly AND very helpful. Our room was very clean and fresh when we arrived AND was cleaned everyday. I would definitely recommend this hotel... coco bongo is right at the corner and 5th Avenue just a block away for those who like the nightlife

We were a couple for 3 nights and we really liked the hotel, special, quiet, clean, pastoral, as if they were in the middle of the jungle. The service was excellent, the breakfast is good and the hotel is in an excellent location, we really recommend

Nice rooms. staff were helpful and friendly. Great location and facilities. Good breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was you had to pay for the pods to use the in room coffee machine.

Exceptionally clean hotel, grounds and pool. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Staff reached out before arrival to help with airport/hotel transportation. Food at breakfast buffet and bar lunch were outstanding. Great location near 5th Avenue, the beach, 3D Museum and Frida Kahlo Museum. Although we lost electricity one evening, it was restored within a few hours. Mattress and pillow could have been a bit more comfortable.

Pool and courtyard are a real oasis just a block away from all the action in town. Super relaxing and comfortable place with a private balcony for all rooms. Buffet breakfast is incredible!
