Extremely beautiful building design and use of flora and fauana. It felt like we were in a high end jungle escape while relaxing on our balcony or by the pool. Very well maintained. The inside was nice but a little dated; if you want a decent room to sleep and a beautiful place to hang outside during the day, this is an excellent option. Will stay here next time.

Beautiful quaint hotel. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Tucked away from any noise but right on strip and walking Distance to shops, beach or whatever you want. Very friendly staff!

Very quiet and tranquil place. The pool area is serene and beautiful. The room are clean and functional. Nothing fancy but you are better off lounging by the beautiful pool and grounds.

This is the resort if you want relaxation. It is smaller and more personal. If your goal is to walk playa de carmen, find bars and places to eat outside of a resort, this is your place. I spent 2 days at an all inclusive and 2 days here. You have to play for drinks, but they have a happy hour. The drinks are much better, but you are paying for them. You are about an 8 min walk to the Cozumel ferry. They offer free breakfast in conjuction with the place next door. The staff is really nice.

The property was beautiful and serene. A great place to just relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean, quiet and beautiful. I had a suite with an outdoor patio with a sofa that I could oversee the Pool and read a book. The spa was also wonderful, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Also, a great location, it’s right on 12th ave and 10th. 12th ave had a great night life. So you can walk to different restaurants and bars and then walk back. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Muy limpio, nos encanto la experiencia. El area de masajes y SPA está espectacular. Al igual que el desayuno, muy rico todo. 10 de 10.

The place have lovely amenities. The service was great. My only concern was that the room was really hot when i 1st get in. I turn the A/C on right after. I unpacked everything and like 40 minutes after i realize that the A/C was blowing but not cooling. They changed me to a new room right after as they couldn't fix it. So i had to pack everything again after long day. Also i rented the room for 2 people as 1 more person was supposed to come but she canceled at last minute. I meet a girl back there and she was going to stay with me and she was not allowed to come with me as they said that it need to register before 10pm. They never said that when i 1st checked in. Imagine my frustration
