You will not go wrong staying here. I bought the full package with breakfast and massage. All the staff was amazing. Less then a minute to all the clubs and the Ave. But do not let that be a deterrent it was still quite and relaxing.

Nice place, it's quite romantic and have this jungle kind of vibe with all the tall trees and wooden stairs and patio deck. While the pool and jacuzzi are awesome, my only complaint is that they close at 8pm, consider this place is near 5th Ave. This is a deal-breaker for us and would likely not return due to this. There are other hotels and resort with pool/jacuzzi available into the night.

The staff is pretty friendly, and the hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are extremely clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Excellent location, and heard no noise at night The bartender Manuel makes delicious drinks, the best ones we had in Playa Del Carmen so far.
