Good service, nice room, good pool area and easy access to good restaurants, bars...etc. Fewer TV channels available than my previous stay there.

Can't invite people to your room. They charge literally for everything. Rude service at front desk.

They need to upgrade the lobby area as soon as possible. Towels and linens have to be change

The staff was friendly and and always available to answer any questions or attend to our needs. The pool and the spa were nice. I ate breakfast at the restaurant and I like the variety of food and it was delicious. My wife and I will stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone.

Close to restaurants and clubs. Wonderful customer service, nice and clean spacious room, and big swimming pool. Will recommend this property if you want to be close to 5th ave, restaurants, bars and clubs. The beach is three blocks away and is at walking distance.

I loved it here. I believe it was perfect for covid times. There were just enough people staying there that it didn’t feel crowded, and every time we went to the pool, there was only a max of 5 people, which made us comfortable to go in. It was always so quiet even though it was right next to coco bongo! All the employees were friendly and kind plus the breakfast was great! I love staying here!

This place is amazing, the serenity yoy have here and still right in the heart of the town. The rooms were clean and had great A/C. What a fantastic staff, each and everyone one there makes a point to go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Great bar and an amazing pool. Love the Spa and the free breakfast is a plus. We will return.

This hotel is top notch. It's an oasis right in the middle of the city and you would never suspect it. The first thing you see is the outdoor pool area. Wow! Breathtaking! There's also a nice little outdoor covered bar near the pool. The breakfast is definitely worth it. It's buffet style. The coffee is delicious! And I had a service in the spa - hydrotherapy and a sports massage. This was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had, and I've been to spas around the world from the US to Europe to the Middle East. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was amazed and impressed. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the shower stall and sink area in my room. They could have been more clean than they were. But that would not deter me from staying there again on my next trip to Playa del Carmen and recommending this place to my friends and family.

Staff did not care to inform us of restaurants closing early due to some special covid measure. So on our last night in Mexico we ended up eating crisps. Complaint was left unattended. Place lacks customer focus, not coming back here.
