Great stay. Bar team , Manuel & irma were always friendly and helpful. TAngel was there to help us when we needed to get luggage up and down the stairs. Thanks so much to all for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful tropical interior with a nice pool and hot tub. Nice large bedded lounger for couples and singles. Rooms where clean but pretty basic and plain with a bit of sewer smell coming from the shower drain. Although the interior pool area is mostly calm and quiet the room we where in had very loud noise from the street traffic and early morning noise 2-3Am from the near by club closing up. We had purchased added extra to our visit with a daily 30 minutes visit to the spa area which includes hydrotherapy,dry sauna and hot tub. Steam sauna was broken. And a daily couples massage which happens to be a basic lite swedish massage. Any other massage modality would cost extra. Also included was a spa daily credit of I believe $37.50. Unfortunately we where informed on day three the spa and services would be closed for repair work. Missing the last 2 days and unable to utilize the credit towards another therapy.

The property was fantastic. A hidden little oasis that was quiet & relaxing but upbeat atmosphere, restaurants & nightlife was just one block over. Jessica and all the staff were the kindest, most helpful people ever. Some areas for improvement would be to add some colorful Mexican decor to the room, ants in the room, better poolside drink services, clean the cushions on the deck chairs more frequently and the wood around the hot tub was rotted a bit and very slippery. We witnessed and older fellow fall really bad when he got out of the hot tub. It's definitely a hazard.

This place was comfortable with a great location. They have really thought everything through to help make your stay the best it could be. The staff is wonderful.

Had an amazing time. Every employee was great. I will definitely be back soon.

Lovely property, very quiet and very well located - just 2 minutes from the 5th Avenue. Staff was lovely and very helpful, and the pool area fantastic!

We stayed for a week and loved the breakfast options, service was always great, the spa was nice (30 minutes included every day). Their massage options were very affordable and very professional. I recommend this hotel. The pictures reflect it exactly as it is.
