The pictures are not the same as on booking. Com. I was very upset at how the room was not decent.

The room was nothing like the pictures. The coffee pot cord was disgusting with food all over it. Disgusted overall

Filthy. They did not complete my request it also took 25 minutes before anyone returned to the desk to check us in, along with several other people trying to check in. The room WAS FILTHY!! Broken lights, wall tiles, sheets etc.. Breakfast amenities weren't given or explained. Absolutely the worst hotel ever

Customer service, cleanliness, staff, room, and everything. I should have read the reviews before hand. I don't understand why these people buy hotels just to run them into the ground

I have stayed in Microtels before this was the worst by far. I let the front desk know of issues. Holes in walls filled with tissues, missing smoke detector. The wires were still hanging. Dirty bath towels hanging on bathroom door. For a smoke free place it sure didnt smell like it. I know you get what you pay for. Just dont waste your money here. Overall hotel needs to be updated or just regular maintaining.

Did not like mold in room stains on the bed and pillows very disgusting

The location was quiet and peaceful. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from near by. Traffic was not heavy. It was easy to travel to places we wanted to check out. Very nice scenery in the area.

Stay was not long enough.

I always stay here when I am visiting my daughter and her family. Could use some updating but always very clean.

Excellent staff and front desk manager. Hotel needs remodeling badly. Stay here often most times issues rooms lighting, cabinets broken, TV mounts broken, doors closet, drawers broken, HVAC equipment failure, reduced water flow showers water restrictor bad no 5 minute shower here. Towels trash not dumped changed out daily like other motels staff desk eager accommodate needed. Carpet worn torn, valet cart need repair metal frame detaches from base. Improvements repairs slow drains been made maintenance recently. Breakfast economy side no eggs or sausage clean what have good done well. Love location staff owners need invest facility keep up Red Roof Plus other hotels remodeled rates usually cheaper.
