Hôtel retenue par hasard suite à une offre alléchante sur hôtel.com et un énorme besoin d' une pause farniente le temps d' un week-end. Emplacement très au calme, et panorama donnant sur le parcour de golf donc cadre très reposant. La chambre est quand à elle très confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter d' un petit coin terrasse. Le spa qui était pour nous essentiel pour ce week-end nous à fait passer un moment très agréable, massage sublime, piscine chauffée, hammam, etc..un régal..Nous avons également dîner sur place et dégusté les plats savoureux de la carte...un service impeccable, et une équipe de cuisine efficace capable de proposer des alternatives pour palier à mon allergie alimentaire..un grand merci d' ailleurs!..Nous y reviendrons sans aucun soucis...lors d' une prochaine promo..le tarif normal étant bien trop élevé pour notre bourse.

Staff really super nice. Set-up very good for golf players. Restaurant recommendations in local area from hotel were very good too.

Nous sommes arrivés tard vers 0:30 et le lit pour notre enfant n'était pas prêt alors que bien demandé lors de la réservation. Nous avons du attendre 30' avant d'avoir le lit. Les toilettes n'étaient pas propres du tout avec des traces plus que suspectes. Nous avons du les laver avant de pouvoir y alller. Globalement l'hôtel semble bien mais avec quelques erreurs du personnel.

We only booked in for one night and are very happy that we did choose Golf du Medoc. The check in was great people were very helpful even though we checked in late due to traffic. We were hungry and had to order from room service as the restaurant was closed, but wow the room service food was the best we have had I can say better than some hotel restaurants. The young lady who took the order and brought the food (and my much deserved beer) was very cheerful and happy even though she had to go back twice as I ordered more beer. In the morning there was a problem with the water as the water main had broken but once again the reception staff were very apologetic and handled the situation well. The grounds looked nice and the condition of the hotel was very nice. Would most defiantly stay here again even though me and my wife do not enjoy golf.

Excellent accueil et service très attentif, tout en étant décontracté et personnalisé. Environnement superbe et installations de qualité. Chambre très bien aménagée avec gout, literie de qualité, et amenities Cinq Mondes. Nous reviendrons!
