Very polite and helpful staff, restaurant food was fantastique and good location to all vineyards. The hotel also gave me a free chateau and wine tasting voucher which was unexpected and an excellent idea. Hotel rooms spacious, clean and well decorated.

Great stay with very good service in a superb location. Spacious rooms, a good restaurant and decent facilities for non golfers (SPA is good, but nothing exceptional). Hotel service is very good. They even sent back things we forgot in the room. Restaurant is good, one of the best in the corner. They good improve a bit. Not meant for just a SPA stay, limited SPA facilities. A very good location if you want to do the Medoc wine region.

Good hotel with Golf course. We didn't go for the golf - but terrace restaurant overlooking the golf course with wide open skies was delightful. Food and wine were excellent, though a bit pricey. A good base in a quiet location for the Medoc and Bordeaux. The reception staff were particularly helpful.

Although I was on business with colleagues, and unable to play golf on either of the 2 magnificent courses, this was an ideal location. The staff at the hotel were were very pleasant and attentive, and the bar/reataurant met all my expectations for great French food and local wine. The rooms were well appointed, with double bed, separate bathroom and toilet, and probably the best shower of any hotel I've stayed in. I think the highlight was sitting on the reataurant balcony in the evening, with a nice glass of Medec, watching the dramas unfold on the 18th hole! I shall return.

The French do not have a reputation for friendliness but the staff in Le Pian Medoc were more than helpful and accommodating during our stay. The room was extremely comfortable and overall our stay was very enjoyable
