"Great Hotel for Golf and Relaxing"

The hotel is very good with efficient, friendly and helpful staff. If staying on site and playing golf at medoc it is perfect. The only downside is it is fairly remote and so seeking out alternative dinner options requires a taxi or car to get anywhere else. The hotel restaurant is very good but just a consideration of you prefer a variety of dinner options.

"Nice golf and pretty close to the best wine region"

French take on golf for a country without many courses. Full on practice facility and a couple of nice courses. There was a pro tourney on one so we were relegated to the number 2 course. A little uneven fairway conditions but good greens. Rental clubs ok. Good area to drink wine and eat!

The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities and the treatments are recommended.

"The restaurant manager Stephane was really nice"

Basically most of the staff were friendly and helpful especially Stephane. The quality of the food in the restaurant is good too. Price was ok. The spa was value for money since the quality was good.

"no air condition, no service and bad food"

Very warm rooms since they refuse to put on the air condition until May. Service level very low and if you dont speak french you are overlooked by staff. Restaurant is expensive and very low quality. The rooms, hotel in general and golf courses holds a good standard.
