"A nice place, but needs to be kept up better."

Clean and comfortable.

Hot tub out of order. Laundry facilities out of order. Ice machine on our floor out of order. Restroom outside of breakfast room had no toilet paper.

"Avoid this hotel unless you want a leaking AC, moldy room and no help from the staff"

We checked into Room 221 to find a room that had a moldy smell to it. Only to find a leaking AC unit and we spent the weekend with a 3 foot diameter of soaking wet carpet. I went and bought a $20 fan to try to turn off the AC unit only to be hit with the moldy smell. I talked to the front desk on our arrival night and we were given more towels. I spoke with the desk the next day to explain the situation. I was given a “I’m sorry, here’s more towels and we will see about a discount”. Not once did they offer to move our room or send maintenance to check on the unit. In addition, there was not a single staff member wearing a uniform for the whole weekend. It was hard to tell who was staff versus a guest. You can imagine my discomfort when the agent brings up more towels for the AC at 10pm with no uniform or name tag. The hot tub, 2nd floor ice machine, and laundry room were all out of order. The end stairwells are all zip tied to be open 24/7 due to locks not working. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!

Swimming pool didn’t look clean. The water looked cloudy. Hot tub out of order. There was some mold/mildew on the sheer drapes. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was very dirty and there were several pieces of furniture that were broken. We felt like we had to take pictures when we got there to show a time stamp that it was that way before we arrived to cover ourselves. One elevator, one entrance, so it took a long time to get our stuff to your room only to have issues with the keycard so multiple trips up and down to just even get into the room.
