"Great staff, spacious rooms and nice common areas"

The staff was super helpful and friendly without being overbearing- they were all great! The room was clean, spacious, warm and the shower was hot. Breakfast was eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt, fresh squeezed juices, meat/cheese/avocado and something in the warming trays. Location was convenient, but be prepared to walk uphill for a block or two!

Everything was great- except walking uphill on Day 1 after arriving from sea level.

"Not happy. Hotel need to put it right"

Location seems good

Had booked it in July and our arrival was in October and they couldn’t keep the room we booked. That doesn’t make sense when the reception says we are full. We were given a room where toilets were downstairs and upstairs didn’t have space or racks to keep the bags. I am staying 3 more nights again in couple of days in this hotel and I am worried

nothing really. Hotels in Cusco are pretty expensive compared to the rest of the country.

This hotel is truly charming, comfortable beds, attentive staff. They provide oxygen to those suffering from altitude sickness. The breakfast is truly delicious and Aida a fantastic hostess and cook!
