This is such a good hotel. And it's largely the staff who make it so. Michal, Juan and Eylin at reception deserve special mention. So very helpful . Breakfast is also excellent.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in San Blas area. Clean, fresh filtered water to refill your personal bottle. No plastic bottle wastage. Lovely setting.

"A special place to stay right in the middle of San Blas"

The staff were supportive and helpful - made me feel very safe as a solo and inexperienced traveller. Facilities were amazing - I had great views over the town and the building even had its own story. Having a restaurant on site was a bonus. Complementary water and coco tea and a hot water bottle at night were great finishing touches.
