Excellent location, great breakfast and nice staff

There was neither an extractor fan nor a window in the bathroom! After a shower the humidity stayed for hours in the room. The room was damp and smelled slightly mouldy.

We loved everything! The San Blas area is vibrant and very lovely. Casa San Blas is a short walk to the Plaza de Armas and close to a number of museums and restaurants. Our suite was spacious, clean, warm and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even brought us hot water bottles one cold and rainy night. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. There’s also a filtered water station in the lobby so we had an unlimited supply to fill our water bottles for the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Lage einmalig! Personal ausgesprochen hilfreich und sehr freundlich!! Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und vielseitig in angenehmem Frühstücksraum. Geschmackvolle und gemütliche Gesamteinrichtung des Hotels. Bei einem evtl. nächsten Besuch würde ich das Hotel mit Sicherheit wieder buchen!!

Mehr Kleiderbügel im Zimmerschrank und evtl. Kleideraken im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreich.

Petit établissement bien situé dans le sympathique quartier de San Blas. Personne très accueillant, aidant et chaleureux. On y dort bien, la chambre était tranquille le soir. Bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre était petite et il n’y avait pas de circulation d’air.
