Lovely hotel in a great location in Cuzco. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful with a gorgeous picturre window to enjoy the mountains by day and lights by night. Loved it!

As someone who tries to provide constructive feedback to hotels I find it hard to fault anything at Casa San Blas. The staff are wonderful, rooms are great, location is perfect and breakfast is a feast. And then there is the personal touch of caring for my wife suffering from the altitude (special shoutout to Aida in the kitchen) and a surprise delivery to our room of a hot water bottle on a cold night! The only tiny constructive criticism I can offer is that the hot water takes a long time to come through in the shower. Such a minor thing and I’m a bit ashamed to even mention it but that’s all I’ve got! Otherwise a perfect stay in this great hotel in wonderful Cusco. Thankyou to all the staff.

The hotel is well situated, it was clean and very comfortable beds, room was quiet and decorated nicely. There is free fresh water, breakfast was lovely. The staff were very attentive and kind, they looked after me with oxygen as I had altitude sickness. They sent out information prior to my stay about the hotel and Cusco and altitude sickness. I would book again.

My window was an internal window onto the reception.

The staff is amazing, helpful and always cheery. The hotel is a wonderful stay with the best beds in Peru!
