it’s okay I like it

I want my children to go swimming pool but we have been told that the swimming pool close at saturday

Everything thing was very clean and staff always willing to help I was there for 7 days in a row didn’t have a single bad moment

Hole in shower wall floor was filthy. Fridge froze all my food. I asked for a room towards the back to escape the highway noise. They refused to accommodate my request. I have spent 8 nights there and i will never return !!!!! Horrible

The room was clean.

Smoke detector was missing. Told them the first morning. They didn't fix. That's dangerous. The floor tiles were loose and peeling up. The 2nd afternoon about 4pm I went out to my truck to get something and the key quit working I was locked out of room. I'm disabled and had to walk to the office. Spent 30 minutes ringing the bell and pounding on the window because they only use a night window. Before finally a very rude man came out and acted like I was an inconvenience. I was in pain from walking. He said in broken English you could call!!! Uhm my phone is locked in my room!!!! The 2nd night there was some evangelist on a loud speaker in the next parking lot over. Screaming preaching so loud i could hear over the top of my show I was watching. I have stayed many times in this hotel. I'm not sure why this time was SOOOOO BAD!!
