Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort

According to the review I saw, I was kind of scared about the cleanliness of the room and the bed, but the cleanliness was excellent; I found the review was wrong. Keep up the good work.

The bathroom, the room, and the bed were absolutely clean when my wife and I got there. In our experience, we found everything was clean and nice. Good job, guys.

Water was cold and other guests were extremely loud

Roaches, requested extra towels to room had to go to front desk. When asked for bedding to be changed since my child had an accident I was told I had to do it myself.

if you want family time with your new Marine... RUN! and RUN FAST AND FAR FAR AWAY! This place is straight trash. One GEM in the entire business and she unfortunately only worked a few hours at night (hopefully she sees this knows its her and runs, she deserve so much better than that place). "Breakfast area" with the chairs and tables closes at 1000am if you are not out, they kick you. LITERALLY! Had the cops called on us because on Thanksgiving we tried to watch the football game as a family and eat together with our Marine and they didnt like that, so they called the cops to kick us out (cops say this happens all the time and to not ever, ever come back here as this place is a known problem). They lost power the day before thanksgiving (no refunds), moved around rooms, no air, toilet seat was half off, had to clean my own room as housekeeping can only be scheduled at the beginning of check in. (check in was a SH*T show) the front desk and owner/manager are all trashy people who call you names and cuss at you. If I could rate them a zero, I would. Dont trust the "its ok" comments. It is not. We had 30 people and 6 rooms. Pool had thousands of ants, they get mad if you ask for towels and the pool towels are always wet and on the ground. Breakfast looked like dog food and honestly once we checked into our new hotel that we had to find on thanksgiving day we knew we messed up ever booking here. DO NOT DO IT!!!

Location was good

There were cockroaches in the room and the room had mot been cleaned properly especially around microwave and fridge. Fully of dust

Perfect for us

The doors slam very loudly unless you catch them so other guests were slamming the doors, unintentionally of course, at all hours, very LATE and the worst being EARLY this morning as we were trying to get those last few hours of shuteye before driving home.
