The area was beautiful and close to everything. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The beds were painful to sleep on. Not all the lights worked in the room. The room small.. The building itself was kinda rundown looking.

"Too many issues."

Sofa bed was a plus.

To start we got moved from first room as soon as we arrived because several light bulbs weren't working and the service person was off for the day already and we're asked do you want another room we have it? Should not have even been a questioned. In the new room the thick blanket had a huge stain pink to be worse not sure what it was, the mini fridge was off took long to cool out stuff. Our key cards stopped working the next day and the 2nd pair of key stopped working the following night. The person at the counter wasn't welcoming (I assume rushing to get back on the cellphone as someone was on speaker and when call with issue didn'thave answers) acted as if we were bothering her.

"In the beginning, the attitude at the front desk was unnecessary. The rooms had a really bad smell to it. We had to buy"

It was close to Parris island

I accidentally double booked and they would not help me after talking to booking.com no one from the hotel would reach out to them to give me my money back
