Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort

If you’re in the mood for a truly unique hotel experience, Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort might be exactly what you’re looking for — just not in the way you’d hope. Upon entering the room the toilet was running continuously. My husband lifted the tank lid to investigate because we didn’t want to bother staff if it was something simple. However we discovered a “bonus feature” in the toilet tank that was most certainly not part of the room amenities. When we addressed the issue with management we were met with a less than concerned and uncaring attitude. The manager came to our room he removed the meth pipe from the toilet tank with his bare hand and walked away without saying a word. Add to that a stray pill on the hallway carpet (because who doesn’t love a scavenger hunt on the way to breakfast?), and a door peephole stuffed with tissue that really made me question how often rooms are inspected between guests. For added ambiance, the scent of recreational activities wafting through the air-conditioning unit from behind the hotel rounded out the experience. It was less “relaxing getaway” and more “CSI: Vacation Edition.” If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay — keep looking. If you’re after a truly unforgettable story to tell, this hotel has you covered.

There was a big gap under door and we could hear everything. We could also hear neighbors upstairs and next door

Clean rooms, nice pool. The beds were not very comfortable. Other than that nice pleace

Pros: -convenient to Parris Island about 20mins with traffic. -staff was nice -off highway so it's quiet Cons: -smells musty/mildew -room smelt horrible between paint/mildew -bags over smoke detectors -first floor men's restroom door doesn't close -elevator sounds like its going to break -stray cats outside -small parking lot

The hotel stunk like cat urine. Stains on the blankets and a stench from the mattress. Pool was not heated. There were rowdy/rude guests at the pool. Gym was laughable. All ice machines were broken. Just, No.
