Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort

My family stay was made comfortable and very happy

Room was good with the exception of a dead battery in the smoke detector that chirped constantly.

Outside was terribly unkempt. The trash outside the exit door was overflowing when I arrived and was still there when I checked out three days later.

The breakfast was the same every day but was decent. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy when we checked in.

Lamp between beds had burned out bulb. Curtains don’t fully close so we had to use clothes pins to keep the bright parking light out of our eyes. Asked for the room to be cleaned but returned later that night and it hadn’t been cleaned. Next day trash was emptied but no clean towels left for us and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Noisy people next door took 2 phone calls to front desk to resolve. Gym area was unclean and the only 2 machines weren’t set up safely. Two different Night staff were rude. Bed covers were awkward and I had to redo the bed to make it comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a decent size.

Could have used some towel bars in the bathroom. There was a hook on the door but would have preferred a towel bar. Toilet paper holder was hanging under a lip on the cabinet had to take it off and sit it on cabinet because couldn't get to come off except for one piece at a time.

Quiet no traffic

Pool was cold and small

Double booked

Double booked and did not get my money back
